Windows 10 Security Issue
Since my applications are not signed with a public certificate, Windows 10 blocks installing and/or running them. You need to select "RUN ANYWAY" manually in order to install and/or run my applications here. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I cannot afford buying a public certificate. It typically costs $100 - 500 annually to maintain it!
On Windows 10, click "More info" and then click "Run anyway" (see screen shots below):
